Genessa Krasnow is our passionate CEO and a visionary leader with a multifaceted career spanning entertainment, technology, product development, brand strategy, and audience engagement. A former Futurist at Microsoft, Genessa has designed products and campaigns for Heads of State, global leaders, Grammy Award-winning musicians, and Fortune 50 companies.

As Creative Director, she has produced events featuring His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, as well as benefit concerts that have raised millions of dollars. A pioneer in user experience, Genessa holds multiple patents and produced Microsoft’s first High Definition Television footage—before HDTVs were even in consumer homes. Her work includes immersive installations and large-scale productions across North America and Europe.

Genessa embodies both Energy and Agency. She is a high-octane force who thrives when collaborating with others, and she fiercely believes in Agency as the power we have to fulfill our potential and intentionally design our future.
