Genessa Krasnow. CEO & Founder, Strategist.
Genessa Krasnow is our passionate CEO and a visionary leader with a multifaceted career spanning entertainment, technology, product development, brand strategy, and audience engagement. A former Futurist at Microsoft, Genessa has designed products and campaigns for Heads of State, global leaders, Grammy Award-winning musicians, and Fortune 50 companies.
As Creative Director, she has produced events featuring His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, as well as benefit concerts that have raised millions of dollars. A pioneer in user experience, Genessa holds multiple patents and produced Microsoft’s first High Definition Television footage—before HDTVs were even in consumer homes. Her work includes immersive installations and large-scale productions across North America and Europe.
Genessa embodies both Energy and Agency. She is a high-octane force who thrives when collaborating with others, and she fiercely believes in Agency as the power we have to fulfill our potential and intentionally design our future.
A consummate storyteller and strategist, Genessa is deeply at home in the unknown—where ideas are incubated and innovation thrives. She is known for her unwavering passion and ability to inspire teams and audiences alike. Whether designing an experience or delivering a keynote, Genessa moves people to rise up, step in, connect deeply, and engage civically.

Revel Wolf is a Creative Director, Story Architect, and Experience Shaper who brings bold creative vision and strategic thinking to Energy Agency. An award winning educator and founder of Revel Wolf Collective, The Wolf works across brand, content, space, and experience to uncover what is underneath the surface and turn it into something people can see, feel, and connect with. With a background in storytelling, performance, design, and placemaking, The Wolf is known for connecting unexpected dots, finding the thing that makes an idea hit, and turning bold visions into brands, spaces, and experiences that make people lean in.
